How do I sign up as an insider?

To become an insider, click on the "Become an Insider" button on our homepage and follow the registration process. You'll need to use your college email to sign up and complete your profile to start accepting calls.

How are payments processed?

We use secure payment processing through Stripe. Payments are held in escrow until after the session is completed to ensure both parties are satisfied with the experience.

What if I need to cancel a session?

You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Is my personal information secure?
